Hire Charges

Fees for St Luke's County House as of 1st Jan 2023
Overnight costs for main building (£50 deposit non returnable)
(An overnight booking is for 24 hours from 04:00pm to following day 04:00pm)

Girlguiding bookings - £10 per person per night.
With a minimum charge - £100 per night (equivalent to 10 persons)

Scouting bookings - £12 per person per night.
With a minimum charge - £120 per night (equivalent to 10 persons)
All other bookings to enquire with the Booking Secretary.

Guiding and Scouting Bookings - £70 set fee per night.
All other bookings to enquire with the Booking Secretary.


Session costs for Main Building (£10 deposit per session non returnable)
Session times for both buildings:-
08:00 am to 12:00 noon.
12:00 noon to 04:00 pm
04:00 pm onwards.

Winter 1st Oct to 31st April:-
Girlguiding bookings - £30 per session, or £90 a day (3 sessions).
Scouting- £35 per session or £105 a day (3 sessions).
All other bookings to enquire with the Booking Secretary.


Summer 1st May to 30th September:-
Girlguiding bookings - £20 per session, or £60 a day (3 sessions).
Scouting - £25 per session or £75 a day (3 sessions).
All other bookings to enquire with the Booking Secretary.

Guiding and Scouting bookings summer - £15 per session or £45 a day.
